Authority to leave or Safe drop permissionUpdated 4 months ago
We understand that you may not be home to sign for your parcel. However, we strongly advise against authorizing "Authority to leave" or "Safe drop" permissions.
If a customer provides such permissions, it voids all warranties that Culture Kings may have with the postal carrier regarding lost or stolen goods.
For your peace of mind, Culture Kings parcels are protected by requesting a signature upon delivery in all other circumstances, preventing potential issues. Orders unable to be delivered with signatures will be taken to the post office for collection with proper identification.
Please keep a close eye on your tracking information once your order is dispatched. Note that postal services no longer leave "attempted delivery" slips to reduce their carbon footprint.
It's important to be aware that all postal carriers have specific terms and conditions regarding permission to leave parcels without a signature. We strongly recommend reading and understanding these terms before granting authorization.
For instance, by allowing the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you acknowledge that the courier won't be liable for any loss or damage. It's your responsibility to ensure the specified location is safe and secure.
