We aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before 2 PM on business days (Monday–Friday) on the same day, excluding public holidays.

While we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, some factors may delay dispatch, including:

• An invalid or incomplete delivery address

• Your order being selected for a security check

• An item in your order being oversold or unavailable

• Peak sale or promotional periods

If there is an issue affecting your order, we’ll do our best to keep you updated via email.

Please note that same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.
