What is a security check?Updated 22 days ago
Culture Kings may require additional verification of your order to confirm that the payment has been authorised by the cardholder and to help protect against fraudulent transactions.
A security check may be required for a variety of reasons and is conducted at the discretion of Culture Kings. Being asked to complete a security check does not necessarily mean that your order is fraudulent or that you have done anything wrong.
If verification is required, our team will contact you with the information needed to complete the security check. Please respond to any emails or phone calls from our team as soon as possible to avoid delays with your order.
If the required verification cannot be completed, your order may be cancelled.
