How do returns work with Afterpay or Klarna?Updated 2 hours ago

Your return will be processed as normal when you pay with Afterpay or Klarna.

The amount refunded depends on the current status of your Afterpay or Klarna payments:

• If you have paid 1 instalment of $50: $50 will be refunded, and the remaining 3 instalments of $50 will be cancelled.
• If you have not paid any instalments: No amount will be refunded, and all remaining instalments will be cancelled.

Please note that we cannot pause your Afterpay or Klarna payments while your return is being processed. Your scheduled instalments will need to continue to be paid until your return has arrived back to us and has been processed.
